This a Linux based operating system called “Ubuntu.” The desktop effects are provided by a compositing program called “Compiz.” Compiz will run on any Linux and most likely also runs on UNIX. Vista does have some 3rd party programs that offer compositing but you have to pay for most of them.
You should try out Linux. You can burn it to a CD and run the OS without making any change to your PC.

ok please help i have a nvidia geforce 5200FX Video card but i am trying to run it with ubuntu 9.10 but ubuntu wont even start up with my graphics card in insted it gose to a terminal page and starts listing off errors when ever my video card is in. but it works fine without my video card in it but i need it to be in so i can run other stuff. PLEASE HELP ME
